The Lincoln County Veterans Memorial Foundation was founded with the purpose to design, fund and erect a Veterans Memorial in Lincoln County, Montana dedicated to the Veterans of the military, past, present and future. A site was chosen at Riverfront Park in Libby, Montana. Ground breaking was on March 2013 and Veteran’s Day 2013 the granite monument with bronze sculpture was unveiled. Idaho Granite Works provided the granite with the engraving.
